There have been photos of Martin finishing a TT before with staining like the above photo. I doubt he'd expose him self to damage like this during a tour. Screams season ending infections.

Yeah, he's not going to be another Cav, but....
Cav has had a great train since is Columbia days which definitely helps. Also, there's been plenty of sprinters that were late bloomers, especially ones that thrive in high speed finishes. Cipo, Petacchi come to mind, heck even Kittel is a relatively late bloomer considering he was an ITT guy through is junior and U23 days. I think Viviani will win 2 Giro stages, his Turkey performance must be great for his confidence.
