do you have any nitemares after hard ride?

A light bike doesn't replace good fitness.

Can't say I have stylo, I only have good dreams about cycling.
Do you meet your goals in the ride previous to the dream?

Only when I've made a stupid that costs me a race

Stylomilo, try sleeping on your right hand side after a hard ride in the evening, it stops the heart pressing on the rib-cage. In addition to this try lying on your back with your legs up the wall as you relax in the evening (also works well after a long day standing up).
Success is how far you you bounce back up after being knocked down

Sorry to hear you guys are suffering from demons but as always I have a few suggestions.

You could try a nice smooth cigarette to get you to sleep better.

OR

this is probably better......

Unwind more before actually going to sleep. The internet is full of sites of an "artistic" nature that will fill your mind with "pleasant" thoughts before you nod off.

Just a thought :D

I don't have nightmares, but after a day with onger miles I rarely sleep well......I truly don't get it. after being on a long 6-7 day cycling trip I am worn out to the bone.......

C 40, I have the opposite, I sleep exceptionally well after a hard ride. Kinda makes it worth training hard.
