Patterson Pass, California, from this previous weekend's ride. It was one of the longest rides I've done, nearly 275 km. Almost didn't have enough food, and used nearly an entire tube of electrolyte tablets. Good weather though, some nice views, and no mechanicals - the way most rides should be.

Track season is over so it is back into the hills.

Headed out on the Yarra Junction - Noojee road today. This road is part of the course that the Victorian Road Series event which I am the race director travels.

Hey Routier, I think spring is further advanced down south, most trees are in leaf here.

I was out for a ride early this morning to get some time on the bike before family life took over. It was cold but clear and sunny. Below is a view from above West Ilsley in the Berkshire Downs.



Although flooding isn't in the news anymore, all the water visible in this picture shouldn't be there. This ribbon of water in the fields still remains months after the rain stopped.
