does anyone have any inputs for choosing between 2013 Zero 7 and 2014 Cento1 Air? which should I go for if they were the same price?

bear in mind I already have '12 Cento1 SL, '12 Cento1 SLR *SOLD*, '12 Granturismo and '14 GTR. And '13 Cipo RB1000.

I had the Cento1 Air for a couple of months, though it rides great to me it was not as great as the Cento1 SR.The Air wasn't as responsive as the SR (much like the Zero 7).
The Air is a combination of Switch blade chrono bike and the Zero 7. I would prefer the Zero 7.. much more 'bike' than the Air (don't get me wrong.. the air is a fantastic bike, just not for me)...

If they were same price for same build, or same price frame+fork I'd go for the Zero7 for sure - but they're really pretty different bikes. The weight difference is massive and the change in ride feel is noticeable as well.

Depends on type of bike You want to build. If You want lightweight bike with low wheels, buy Zero7. If You want aero bike with high profile wheels, buy Cento1Air.
I went through the same decision and I ordered Zero7, just because I'm going to use THM, AX, Schmolke, MCFK, Berk and other lightweight components. I do not think they are suitable for Cento1Air build.
If You want more solid and aero bike, buy Cento1Air.
But as I can see that You already have Cento1 SL, I would keep it and ride Cento1 SL

Hi all

New board member here. I've just been lucky enough to get hold of a 2010 Cento 1 SL and am in the process of making a few changes. I will post pics as soon as I'm happy with it. I want to change the Ritchey seat topper / stubby from white to black. Can anyone tell me what size stubby i need? I have got the tape measure out but would like to confirm with another owner what is the exact diameter required for the ISP topper. I have thought about about spraying the seat topper that came with the bike black but that may be a no no to some.

I'll take some pics and post them. It's the black frame with black / white forks and head tube. My plan is to change saddle, topper and bar tape from white to black. A new stem is on the way too.

I'll get some pics on here shortly. Thanks again for your help.

Remember, we don't have a "W" in Italian, so we tend to pronounce that as a "V".

"W" in Italy is short for "Viva" which would translate roughly to "Go" as in supporting something or a team - Viva l'Italian which would be "go Italy".
