Hello. It's my first post so, hello everyone.

Today i notice in my steerer tube some kind of problem:

It looks like a yellow glue or something. Should i be worried about it ?:/ Is this a steerer tube delamination ?

its probably remnants from a bladder or other form in manufacture.
