Beautiful bike. Love how you coordinated the touches of red.
You get get lighter in every single area of the bike. Basically matters on what you're looking to do and how much you want to spend. You can start with the cockpit. A lot of weight to lose there.

My next upgrade is most likely going to be a ritchey 4 axis and maybe a new saddle but i cant find many with enough stack height except a arione with carbon rails

That bike is so beautiful and purposeful the way it is though!! That frame will never give you a ww bike, if you want to catch that bug you'll have a lot more success with a new frame. If you really want to upgrade, buy some enve 6.7's with Alchemy hubs or something.
Just my 2 cents

You know, 7.5 seems like a lot for that bike, but it's also not all that heavy. The bike looks just perfect as-if. Those rims and tires are pretty light - that's normally where I look to lose weight. You'll have to work hard/spend a lot to beat that with clinchers. The pedals could be replaced - but if you have a whole stable that share cleat format, that's a no-no. Maybe new bars and going with a lighter set of calipers - black PlanetX brakes are ~215g I think? About the lightest per dollar.
Upgraded brake set to Planet X cnc brakes

I ended up selling the frame set only a couple days after picking up the new brakes because the seat post was just too short for me. I would guess the final weight was around 7.3kg
