Really nice bike wpccrunner, looks really clean!
Today did 110km in ~ 5C in ~20-30kph wind, constant rain and some snowfall. Soaked through as the rain started proper around 1:30 into the ride and did not stop throughout. Forgot cape and had normal gloves which were like sponges when squeezed! Overshoes did not really keep anything out, but no doubt took off a lot of chill. Stopped off at a bike shop about half way through and asked for some latex gloves to put inside mine and had to buy a jacked, but thankfully was not too much and has really helped me get home in tandem with the gloves!
There were so many times I wanted to stop to take a picture but the combination of frozen hands, phone inside a cellophane bag and the act of stopping in that weather while drenched made for few pictures, however I just had to get at least one!

For all those back in Europe:
Sunset over the desert (beat Gasser to it this week )
Honestly, when i arrived in Dubai back in the summer i really wasn't too keen on the riding - now the temperature has dropped a bit (12C at 7 this morning but up to 27C at 10) and i've done a bit of exploring i would really recommend it as a winter training location for european riders. On a par with Mallorca but better weather.

A sunny day at last, but windy. Last night, *very* windy.

well, thats what you yanks get for not electing Jimmy Carter for a second term. That, and the whole thirty year knock-on effects of Reganomics and Supply-side Economics.
