After a couple of months looking around for second hand levers to complete my Sram Red 2012 groupset, I finally got hold of these at a pretty good price, new & unfitted:

Team Sky iPhone? All I need now is a Rapha case...maybe something with a one inch gap up the middle to expose the blue stripe, some de-bossed sponsor logos to the left and right, and a whimsical yet thoughtful blurb inside extolling the virtues of two way radios in the "modern era"...

Bell Gage helmet.
My 4 years old Giro Prolight was starting to look a little worse for wear inside, so my wife treated me to this, and some Look Keo 2 Max carbon pedals.
Best wife!

It will go through some changes including a Pike lowered to 140mm and E13 wheelset, XT 2*10 cranks, R1 brakes, XT shifters, different saddle, and 760mm handle bar. Some new and moving over stuff from my old bike which is being parted out and sold (GT Zaskar 100 9R Carbon Pro). Still debating if I should keep the reflectors :D

It is aluminium. Not very heavy but it does have some weight to it to give it stability.

A battery replacement for my Garmin 500.

The original battery, no longer holding its capacity, is rated at 700 mAh. This new one is rated at 600 mAh, which calculated 85% of capacity from the original but still better than what the old battery is capable of currently (lasts for 8hrs at best). I tried finding a 700 mAh that would be pre-wired but searches came up empty, which is frustrating.
