Yay for no aero lids - so far any way. Bad memories of this time last year.

Yes but the extra length is due to the shorter fork as the brake mounting area is removed.

Marianne Van der Voors? ;)
She got a pretty low riding style. I guess she want to keep it that way in the cross season. (Rarely in the drops)

Are we really being critical of Vos' set up? How many CX races has she won? Flicken heaps! I think she knows how to have her bike set up.

Looks pretty nice. Compared with the Garmin rider he's lightyears ahead in the style department as regards the helmet/glasses combination :-)

I have ridden with Vos a few times and watched her ride and race often. She is a small lady. She rides stock bikes and simply can't get the front end low-enough for her preferred riding position without resorting to radical stem angles on her 'cross and mtn bikes. I think, because she rides the female-specific Giant road bikes (Liv), she is able to get her position sorted with a "normal" stem on the road. But I don't know that they make a women's specific 'cross bike or 29er.

yeah, and even if a smaller sized cross frame would exist, the steering is most likely too heavy and slow for use in competition

making the steering quicker would result in more toe overlap, which is not a nice thing to have in CX

Yeah, POC is cool when you combine the helmet and sunglasses. But it doesn't look that good with Oakleys.

I disagree, it looks good when you combine POC with Cipo.
