What are the Cross Monuments

The spirit of Grav-lo-cross. No but seriously, cyclocross and gravel go here!

I was thinking about this earlier. The road scene has its classics and then its monuments like the Tour of Flanders, Roubaix, Liege, MSR and the Tour of Lombardy.

What are the equivalents in the cross world, aside from the World champs and the national champs?

Loenhout, Koksijde, Overisje, Wetzikon?

Any ideas?

Well, I think some of these are considered as more important races:

- Overijse
- Asper/Gavere (Superprestige)
- Wetzikon
- Tabor
- Sint-Michiels-Gestel
- Koppenberg
- Koksijde

Maybe some of the actual cyclocross races here could add some? :noidea: Nys mentioned Hamme-Zogge as a special race as well. Maybe Hooglede-Gits (next Saturday) and Superprestige Ruddervoorde.

Maybe Loenhout isn't that bad. If you see what kind of racers there were at the start yesterday. OK, maybe they pay good, but they all want to come to Loenhout! Not to mention how many people that were there!

And the others are named by Casran I think.
