When Can we Expect to see a 36T for sram xx1 spiderless? I need that

Sorry missed that. CX and mtb is same tooth design and strength. So if you are after 38T in 110BCD then you can get CX one and ride mtb.

coming soon. 40T for 10speed.
40T is actually better choice than 42T because many frame designs are not capable of taking 42T with regular (non xx1) rear mech. I mean they will, but shifting performance and rubbing is bad. Therefore smaller size works better for conventional drivetrain.

unfortunately not. First 11-34T is not good for the swap. The way this cog is designed needs to have 36T as a next one. It's about those spacing tabs in appropriate position relative to 36T.
Secondly because difference in spacing of 9 and 10speed, there would be 0.5mm difference. So it would not work properly at all.
9 and 10speed cassettes look very similar but if you measure them precisely you will see lots of differences.

Thanks for the reply. I'm aware of the different spacing between 9 & 10 spd, was hoping with the Limit screw adjusting the last cog that it would possibly work, but as you mention its designed around having a 36T cog to work properly.

In January/Feb we will release lots of stuff if time permits.
Trouble with Carbon-Ti is no offset to inside on the ring. I personally use Si SL cranks on one of my bikes and i have purchased long time ago one of their rings. I was not happy with the chain cross on last few granny cogs on cassette.
This is why we do 5mm offset (to the inside) on Sram and Cannondale offerings. This is exactly same offset as you would use spider+ring combo on outer position (double spider). Reason Carbon-Ti does it flat is cost of manufacturing. Using thicker material to mill would be extremely expensive. Using a press to bend it to shape would look cheap. Hence 0 offset on titanium rings.

The good thing without offset Is that you can use a shorter spindle and get the q-factor really low.

Will the 40T work with 11-34? Considering that the different between 34 and 40 is the same as 36 to 42
