I posted a new thread here in the forum, but in case you missed it, my 2010 Madone was replaced under warranty, so here's my new 2013 Madone. I'm in the process of replacing the components (DA 9000), and I'm still waiting on some parts that were on the old bike to come back (RXXXL stem, RXL bar). I've also got some new stuff ordered for this bike (RXXXL cages and RXL Carbon saddle), so the next few weeks should be fun!

nice bike. I almost pulled the trigger on one of these when my frame was replaced, but Trek wasn't listing any 60cm frames in stock (my wife has a 6-series Domane though, and loves it).

My one off custom build Trek YSL200. Not much remains of the original bike.
Much of the carbon Y frame has been modified.
Headtube is now Tapered
Seat tube re-angled in keeping with 150mm travel forks
Bottom pivot location has been replaced with a new bottom bracket and swivel. This now gives proper suspension travel either sitting or standing. Something the original didn't and was much criticised for)
Rear URT has been replaced
Cables routed internally... The list goes on and on, huuuge amount of work in tho build

Gorgeous bike! If you don't mind me asking, how many hours did you put into this build?
