Out motor pacing today on the Gold Coast. Big build up for the NRS 2014.

112km around the Wairarapa (New Zealand) today. It was incredibly hot and I ran into a spot of bother when I ran out of water about 70km in. Luckily I found a tap at a school about 10ks further down the road. I'm going to pay for the lack of sunscreen though!!!

Shit. Just realised my sunnies are under my helmet straps. Poor form.

Holy Crap Tugboat! Better cover up for a long, long time :-)

makoy, beautiful photos as always!

Spent the day in -10 degrees celsius. 93 km mostly on gravel roads in the forests north of Oslo.

Basilic, still pretty down there :-)

Another beautiful day in the forests. 4x12 threshold intervals. Fortunately slightly milder today..

Wow! A barrage of great pictures again recently... here's mine from two nights ago as I finished putting the bike away, from my driveway...
I know... a cliché sunset but it was just so spectacular that I had to take a pic...

Tugboat made such a sacrifice and yet he only got 4 kudo's. Come on, he should get more then that.

Hahaha. I've been pretty diligent about lathering on the aloe vera and moisturiser and so have luckily avoided any blistering. Can't let a spot of sunburn get in the way of a good ride. :)
