You're going all out - I love it.
Doesn't look like much off the old bike is getting transferred over.
Is that a 120mm stem?

You got a sick ride there, but please replace those bolts.
+1.
Great bike. Bolts need to go. Either stainless bolts holding your stem together or stainless bolts holding your bones together. (Stem bolts will be lighter.)
Got it .. I have some Ti bolts lying around .. Thank you all for the concern !

Will do Tim Thanks

The last time I emailed them was thanksgiving and was told they were getting a batch beginning of last week, but I haven't heard from them at all last week. I ordered 2 BB one for this build and the S5 is getting the proper BB this time. I've been using a 9mm carbon spacers on the S5 with the stock sram press fit bearings to work with the M3 Cranks with no problems.
with shipping from Germany, I expect this to arrive next year maybe first week of January.

Looks good -- since you used the MCFK expander (in lieu of the starnut), were you able to fit the aluminum insert that's supposed to be glued inside the steerer tube for added strength?
