Depends how picky you are. Rings are definitely designed as a pair so that the chain can transition smoothly between rings. So shifting won't be nearly as good with your 36 as it would be with the 34. I'm not saying that it won't shift, just that it won't be very smooth.

Also there is no 50/36 Exogram combo.

No, 50-36 won't shift better than 50-34. The 50-tooth ring is designed to work with the 34-tooth ring. The ramps are setup for the 34. 36 will work, but the physical shifting won't be as smooth, and in tight situations, you may have problems.

ok, and what you are saying is just about exogram ?? cause with my 2011 sram black, I have 50-38, 50-36 and 50-34 and no problems at all..

Like I said, depends how picky you are. You'd probably be fine with the 36, but I don't really see the point in switching to Exogram since those rings are heavier and you don't seem to care about shifting too much.

Sorry for kicking this topic to the top but I have a question about the chainrings. On the bike of Cavendish last year I saw the black sram chainrings. Does someone knows where to buy those chainrings? Prefer compact.
