Anybody ever heard of or seen them? I did a search and found nothing here. They look interesting. I'm not planning to buy one, but I do like a novel design.

Bikeradar did an article on them a while back. They are pretty new, but their power meter design looks very interesting!
They mainly make telemetry data monitoring equipment for formula one, rally cars, and so on. Really high end stuff. Their first Factor bike was more or less a platform to demonstrate their stuff in a fun way. It was a very advanced bike, with their own made full carbon wheels (solid moulded wheels with carbon spokes and all...), their latest offering is a little more mainstream (and more affordable than the earlier 40.000$ bike). The new one comes with it's own dedicated Garmin 810...
There was a test in Cyclist magazine fairly recently. Some bike mag tested the Factor 001 a few years back too...
