If you have food in your stomach while training hard or racing as you dehydrate your body will shunt blood away from the stomach to the working muscles. This leaves the contents of your stomach to ferment. Fermentation leaves off gas.

So have you tried changing the diet? Stressors, including training stressors, can affect the intestinal flora. Or perhaps you have an intolerance to one of the things you are eating. Dehydration can also be a factor.

Swap out one thing at a time and see what happens.
