Great bikes Wcl4. I like them both. Unfortunately, my Zero7 was destroyed by car 2 days ago and so I was thinking about getting Cento1SR as replacement. But as I can see Your Zero7, maybe my next bike will be Zero7 again

current state... after removal and adding stuff here and there in the past year.
Cento1 Superleggera 2012 (S)
Campagnolo Super Record Ti 2013 50/34 and 52/36 chainrings, 11-23 and 12-29.
Lightweight Gen.2 Oby
Continental Competition 19mm and 22mm rear
71cm BB-saddle, 52.5cm TT, 26mm headtube/stem spacer, 110mm Stem, 52.5 Saddle-HB.
side topic: can I use one size larger frame based on what you see? from S to M?

Wcl4: I'd like to hear your comparison of the Zero.7 and Cento 1SR: ride quality, handling differences, fit/finish, etc. I have a 2010 Cento Uno that I love but someday might replace. I like everything about the Zero.7 except the std seat post (I prefer an ISP).
