Tour de L'Eurometropole (former Circuit Cranco-Belge) Oct 3-6

I blame my dyslexia, read this as Eurometro Tour of Belgium on Velonews:
It was a long time coming, but Tyler Farrar (Garmin-Sharp) kicked to victory Saturday in the third stage of the Eurometropool Tour in Belgium, scoring his first victory on European pavement since 2011.

The guy doesn't win in europe for two years and you still expect him to be treated as an elite sprinter? From what I've read, that's where most of the discussion (or 'hate') here has be directed. It's been legit questions like: will he take on a different role to stay at the top level or step down from the world tour? And will Garmin's new-look GC team have a place for him?
It will be interesting to see how it plays out for he and others with these teams folding. Frank Pariesien has a breakthrough win at Catalunya this spring yet has not been renewed by argos nor had any offers and is considering retiring or moving to mtb at the age of 30. What a ridiculous sport.

For all the fans here, Farrar has renewed with Garmin-Sharp for next season

I am riding with a Brit friend tomorrow morning, I will be sure to share your take on the matter with him.

Works well, elastic that comes with it is rubbish (for a 31.6 seatpost).
Used a Garmin elastic (after mine snapped), works much better.
