People who buy Parlee's tend to be your more experienced cyclist who knows what he/she is doing. And often the result is a rather understated but quite excellent bike, like this example.
Bit of a stretch to that bottle cage though.

Herb - The shop ran the cables so I don't know if it's easy or not. One thing I would say is this my first internal routed bike and it does rattle a bit on crappy road surfaces which to be honest isn't great. Everything else about the frame, ride, stiffness, vibration damping, handling, is fantastic.

80kg, long weekend rides, and Veloflex Records (including the REAR!!). Not sure these mix. Or is the Veloflex Record rear just for weigh-in, and not for the long weekend rides?
As for konky,

bikewithnoname I do prefer your taste in women than bikes. But don't get me wrong I wouldn't argue that Parlee are super classy, well made and no doubt have a great ride. They must be as they have the most passionate following of any brand I know of. It's just the narrow, butted tube look is old fashioned and to me lacks contemporary style.
HammerTime2 being on the wrong side of 40 I am certainly no spring chicken but you're only as old as you feel and I don't feel old enough to buy a Parlee.

Very, very classy [and thoughtful] build.

This, like most Parlees, is absolutely gorgeous!
