My first real bike - Litespeed Ghisallo

Hi!
My girlfriend bought herself a nice scott contessa cr1 team, and she wanted to ride with me. As I couldn't follow her on my mountain bike, I decided to build myself a road bike.
I've never done this, and the only road bike I've owned was worth 50$ and came from a dumpster. And that was like 16 years ago.
So about 2 weeks ago I started to read on forums and to shop on ebay and local classifieds. Found a Litespeed Ghisallo from 2009 in almost new condition.
My objective is to keep it light, reliable and nice looking!
I've already bought most of the components to build the bike. I bought almost all of them at a disount, and some were not my first choice, and some others were just a guess, as I am not sure of what I want or like yet. Also some parts already came with the frame, and since I have not been fitted yet, I'm not sure if they are the right size. So there's nothing definitive.
Here's my build list, with approximate weights (don't have a scale):

Fork: Easton E90 SLX 300 g

Just a suggestion, put Veloflex Extreme on the front.
For me they:
Can you provide feedback on the Tririg Mercury pedals after a 1000 km or so?
Interested to get real world feedback on them.
If you have already ordered both Veloflex Carbons, just store the additional one for later use on the rear ... Veloflex tubs are much better after 6 months 'ageing'.
For me they:
- are about 30g lighter than the Veloflex Carbon
- have great ride and grip (wet and dry)
- last 6000 km on the front which is plenty

Thanks guys!
I'm just over 5'7" and 150lbs. The stem came like that on the frame, with the spacers and all. I might get measured today, if not next week, so I'll have a better idea of how everything will fit for me.
Thanks for the suggestion on the veloflex extreme, I'll keep that in mind for sure. I don't want to compromise puncture resistance tough.
The tririg pedals looked interesting, but couldn't find real world reviews on them. I decided to give them a try, and their 180 days return policy convinced me I had nothing to lose. I'll give you my impressions on them in time, but keep in mind I have limited experience with other types of pedals.

Here's the bike assembled, with a temporary saddle and the wrong stem for me (I'll need a shorter and no angle one).
Next will be removing all the stickers, change the seatpost collar for a ti one and then who knows!
As is weight is 6,35kg or 14lbs.

Love the frame not loving the build. I dont see the point putting a bunch of heavy parts on that frame. unless you like heavy and flexy. It is a good start though.

Hey voodoo, how's your Ghisallo doing?
Bikes: Raw Ti, 650b flatbar CX

Sorry to steal your thread, Ill be brief. Sold both of them, had the hill climb bike down to 3997 grams before I sold. The Ghisallo frame just feel like old tech, sure ti lasts forever and all but at that weight it feels like you're pedaling a wet noodle up a hill. I remember at one point, I was doing a track stand at a stoplight and I could feel the entire frame flexing under me and I weigh 60kg.
