Mavic tyres out of interest weighed in at 199g! claimed weight of 190g. These are for sale by the way for £40 a set with only 50miles on them.

Nice bike man! Its really nice to see more of these bikes.

I'm also thinking of changing the brakes in some time... By the way. How do you adjust the width of the rear brake? I've got 2 type of wheels and i'm hoping to not have so much problem when changing them.

Do you mean when you want to remove the rear wheel? you can open the caliper up at the top of the frame where cable routes into frame.

I mean the width of the caliper. If you change from zonda to a set of bontrager aeolus for ej. The bontrager set has more width. It should open at the top with little piece?

I have to say now i've converted over to the 4000s tyres I love the bike exactly as it is now, truly is an amazing bike! I know there is better to have but for a £2k frameset its bloody good buy! this will be my bike for quite some time now! may save up for a set of R-sys wheels so I can run climbing wheels and raceday wheels.

Finally got round to dropping the stem, positioning feels barely any different...

Finally complete DA9000 gruppo fitted with the rear brake installed. few snapshots, again with the front the rear has noticable amount more stopping power.
