My bike is far from spotless, in fact it has touch-up paint everywhere... But im not going to do a full restoration, some patina just adds to the character like you said.

Cranks look great...what bottom bracket did you use with it?

Yes they're C-Record and Athena chainrings fit nicely without modifications. The BB is Centaur (111mm symmetrical axle). Chainline is the same as with Athena cranks.
