Another saddle (150 eur for the Smud saddle), and a lighter seatpost (maybe with a shim), and you could easily save 117 g.

Interesting, saddle will come latter. I'm currently focused on my cassette, ready to replace by a XX saving 130g...but I was checking if there is anything out there with a 10t cog (10-36). I just came back from a race and I wish a could have one more gear during the bike course for SPEED.
I could go to 38T chain ring, but would need to go 38T on the back to compensate, hard decision.
Does anyone know about such cassette?

Only XX1 has a 10t cog, and it's only possible because of the XD freehub.
KCNC does an 11-38T cassette. It's not cheap though

Costs, switching to XX1 would require a lot, about $800 just to replace cassette/der/shift/chain adding about 130g!
to KCNC 11-38 + new chainring, about $550, saving some good weight.
I better stick with the XX cassette....about $100 on ebay..

-Ritchey stem original boltset (6 total) (23g) to Ti bolts (12g); -11
-Look bottle cage sanding; -2
-Ritchey Seatpost bolts (14) to Torx ti bolts pair (5) -9
TOTAL shaved: 77g
EMERGENGY KIT RACE DAY

-Big Air 40g Co2+holder/zip ties; 99g
-Tire levers; 20g
Total=295g

total=187g
total shaved: 109g
new topcap full carbon with American classic tubeless valve cut to thread onto CO2 adapter
Removing the Star Nut I have full clearance to fit the C02, fitting is perfect!
For everyday use off race, Topeak Micro Rocket Carbon Pump fits perfect on 1/18 steertube
Co2 setup is heavier
New tube much smaller too
tire levers fits perfect on slot originaly made for the "Fizik plastic logo"...
Since It was very hard to find on-line the Twinloc 'real' weight, here it is.
I removed the blue lever for the front susp, my lefty is the XLR.

Are you still using a 29er front wheel?
I'm not sure the Scott neoprene chainstay protector is good enough. At least when it's wet...? Isn't the rubber boot suppose to keep out water?

I'm using the 29er (188g more) for 'flat' rides and if I want to go fast! If I'm only climbing I go with 26er for sure, better position forward for tough climbs. So far the chanstay protector is doing fine, Velcro is holding up pretty good with perfect fit! Still need to check in wet condition....but were I live is mostly sunny weather anyway!

Thanks! Yes pedals are M-FORCE 4 TI. I use to ride Shimano's afraid to change, but these are excellent! as safe as before for me.
