Windsor Wellington 3.0 -24 lbs with platform pedals measured at Performance Bike, Roseville, CA July 2012
Measured today at Folsom Bike shop, Folsom, CA, with Shimano 520 pedlas and 2x alu H2O bottle cages 19.15 lbs
subtracting 400 g for the pedals and that's an 18.0 lb bike.

To each his own.

As the sages said, you will spend more on the upgrades than the bike is worth. And it rides like broken glass over a brick road. Yeah, but the CF Colnago I pestered the shop guy to throw on the scale weighed over 19 without pedals.

Even dwarves start small.
