he said he did the climb with a cadence of 60 and most of it out of the saddle.

Cunego indicted on doping charges:
http://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/news/cycling-former-giro-winner-cunego-others-indicted-doping-131117468.html
No surprises given Cunego has slowed dramatically (or at least so it appears) in recent years relative to his previous performances. Interesting his team support him, rather than temporarily suspend so maybe it is a complicated one???

So strange that a rider wins two stages in the Tour and gets little to no mention here on WW's. Why the lack of popularity for Rui Costa?
Great tactics today from movistar wasting each match at the right moment. Plaza did a great job delivering the final blow before handing it over to Costa.

Also a mention to Quintana! Looking at his dimute figure I am amazed he survived those windy flat stages as well as he did. He must have amazing power to be able to hold on the flats the way he did. Out of all the performances his is the most surprising in my humble opinion

What do you think was going through his head as it sped towards the pavement? My guess: OMG!

Which is worse?
letting the tit run along side, or tripping him into TJ, and knocking him off?
Who'd look the tw*t then?
