The two I've heard the most about are the Praxis Works and the KCNC ones. Looking to get one atm for my new CAAD10.

That being said it has been silent and smooth.
I found that you need to be really careful and follow the instructions on install. In particular on the NDS you press it in only till the rubber seal just touches the frame. If you press that side in too far it doesn't position the final assembly properly.
