I sent some parts to Samu last October, and I am having a difficult time contacting him. He is not answering my emails. Is anyone here in direct contact with him? Can you put a bug in his ear for me?

Thanks,

Jacques

Did you try calling him on his cell phone (the number is on his website)?

I did finally phone Samu this summer (June I think). He answered and said he'd get right on it. Said he was very sorry for the delay. He said he'd have photos for me of the work either in progress or completed within the week. That was June. Still nothing. Now he does not answer his phone when I call, and once again he is not repsonding to emails. Almost 2 years now since I sent the parts.

OK, so here we are 3 years, 8 months later and Samu has done nothing for me. I have since changed bikes (original subject for the custom piece was stolen last June). I still want the AX Lightness post I sent to him repaired. He still does not respond to my attempts to contact him.

This is really poor behaviour on his part. I am at a loss for what I should do.

His "kitchen" thread is not active for over two years now.

I think this is a really poor record not sending the post back nor answering to your mails.
Any Finnish members out there who can tell what happened to this guy?

I read some posts of him quite recently on the Cervelo forum. Take a look at the 'picture of your Cervelo' thread.

I reached Samu via his Facebook page on June 29th. I asked about my parts and the repair of the seatpost. He responded relatively quickly to say that he would "have a look" for the parts. On July 4th I asked again via the same conversation. Now he no longer responds. This is ridiculous! I am more than angry at this point and about to take more extreme measures.

Why don't you call him? You can find his mobile from bottom of his webpage: http://www.signature.fi
