Has anyone here had any experience with the stuff? has it shown any effects, has it helped with your cycling? how is it used to supplement cycle training? What amount is used? And what brands are the best?

unless you are a sprinter there is absolutely no reason to go near this stuff. Part of what it will do is make you bigger because of water weight. I have done a little research into creatine, but anecdotally, you will never see an extremely ripped person who is on creatine. It helps you gain size, but you look kind of puffy.
