A light bike doesn't replace good fitness.

Don't worry. It will only last until he's 5 or so (I hope).

Our daughter is 2.5 years now and the toughest time was 1-2 years. Little baby was still easy except the lack of sleep was tougher.

Now I need to finish our basement, but a second TV down there and I could ride on the trainer while she watches cartoons or plays with her legos whatever.

I have 3 kids 10, 6, 0. In the weekend I usually wake up early like 7-9, if I go on a 3-4hour ride I'm stil back around 1 and have all day to spend with them. During the week a good time to ride is after dinner and homework things seatle down and I can go 1-2 hours and be home before they go to bed.

But it depends how much I work, now I only work 8hours a day and help out alot at home so she don't mind if I go for a ride, but before I worked alot more and only went out on the weekend and trained at home after they went to bed.
