I was looking for a good book or online resource that offers some good training routines that build your power. Anyone have some suggestions?

Theres a thread in the training section called "training routines" wich is a good database. Otherwise, the workout appendice in "Training and racing with a powermeter" might be handy

Also, if you narrow it down a bit you'll be able to find plenty of useful information...just looking for a training routine to build your power is too broad...what kind of power gains are you looking to achieve aerobic/anaerobic/max :noidea: ? When you figure that out just plug it into google, and you'll have tons of info right in front of you.

training4cyclists.com is a pretty cool, basic resource with a lot of useful information. Base Training for Cyclists is good, too.
