I just got over a bout of this. Apparently my right leg is about 2 mm shorter than my left. I moved my seat down 2mm to compensate. Stretched, took one day off, one day easy spinning, third day intervals pain was completely gone.

:smartass: Should always tape my seatpost before I move it. D'oh.
