Ok guys whats your fav bevarage ...when cycling theres all sorts..

Some guys I used to know made drinks with all sorts ...and then leave em in the fridge overnight

I like flat coke for <40mile training rides.. :)

time may be a better method? i use high5 for anything over 2 hours
21 for road 27 for mtb :D

I wasn't trying to "play moderator" I was just making an observation. What does "what is your favorite drink" have to do with lightweight bike parts or bicycles or new advances in technology, or new trick parts to drool over. Just voicing an opinion, and I think most would agree that this thread is mis-placed.

I like water for training, and have seperate drink bottles for water and energy drink, otherwise you get an unpleasant taste when you are drinking water from a bottle that has been used for gatorade etc.

Water for training and high 5 for racing due to sponsorship. Mind you thats about 60 grams per bottle heavier...

Water for training (even if it is more than 3 hours) and high 5 for MTB and road races. Before I used Overstim but I get a very good price on high 5 and I am satisfied by these drink.
