A light bike doesn't replace good fitness.

I had a car accident on January 8 this year, resulting in a fractured clavicle.

After being sent to the hospital for surgical fixation,

I suspended training for five days and returned to the training platform for easy riding on the sixth day.

I would like to ask you, how should you arrange your training plan after body fracture surgery? Before this,

I rode for more than 15 hours a week, and my TSS was about 700. But now just riding in the Z3 zone feels very taxing on the body.

Should I focus on riding in the z2 zone and extend the duration of each ride?

I hate to ask the obvious but what does your physio say? Are you cleared to ride, did they say anything about intensity of training over time?

The attending doctor said that you can ride a training platform or a flywheel, but did not give any suggestions on training.

Seems too early to get back on for anything other than Z2 or less. Give your body a rest.

If you are five days post surgery and you got a plate installed, 5 days is too early. I've broken both collarbones with one fixed. It was at least 2 weeks before I got on trainer. You should have post surgery swelling you need to get rid of, and let the incision heal

Your body is working overtime at the moment. Don't shock it and ride Z2 or less if you really want to ride.

surgical fixation was probably shortly after the accident on the 8th? means you've been training for two months already and just feel tired now?
