There are not many cyclists with power meters my age (15) so I have nothing to compare to. Do you guys think that having an average power output of 306 watts for 36 minutes on a climb is good for someone my age?

Yup, that is good, up to very good. My guess is that it is not much short of world class power . For that age, that is.
That power would give you a flat, straight TT average speed of 42-43 km/hr. Quite fast for a 15 year old. If you feel you cannot reach that speed on flat terrain for a longer period of time, that is an indication of some measurement error .
What kind of power meter do you have?

Tend to agree with JK, although it is easier to get higher power going uphill versus trying to maintain that power on flat ground. But, seeing that it took you 36 min. that techincally probably isn't much higher than LT wattage, and 306 is pretty high. Make sure your power meter is calibrated correctly.

the million dollar question son...
if you weigh 60kg then awesome
if you're hauling around 85kg like me then it's very very average....

306W for a body mass of 63kg puts you at 4.8 W/kg
based on the assumption that you sufficiently well trained to sit around 80-85% of your peak power on the climb - I am guessing a peak power output of 350W or so - which puts your max around the 5.5 W/kg
for a 15 year old I think is a fantastic base to build on...sure as hell kicks my butt and I am double your age!
