Recently the board software has been updated and there are some known bugs/failures:
- Avatars are currently not being displayed ✔ FIXED
- Tapatalk connection is currently broken ✔ FIXED
- Avatars cannot be uploaded ✔ FIXED

Please note that we will soon do some changes in WW board template design in case to get a fully mobile/desktop responsiveness board!

I take a multivitamin, whey protein, casein protein, MRP's and I'm currently thinking of incorporating glutamine, glucosamine, and fish oils into my supplement list.

I do more than bike.
I'm a hurdler, I lift weights, I run xc, and I also play baseball.
I really don't know why you assume that I'm on a "capsule diet"
That's a pretty pathetic assumption. I aught to slap you silly
:lol:
But honestly, I do more competitive activity then most so these supplements keep me in operatable shape. Also, for a busy student, its hard to get all my nutritional needs in whle food form.

I am 63kg and 176.5cm. I dont know what my body fat % is, but I dont feel like I am carrying any extra weight.
