is there a rule like that in UCi Race Rules for MTB?

i know the rule about "giving way to another faster racer" and "no walkie talkies"...

Maybe an intresting thing but i can't ride without music,it's givin me my tempo..

As long as you can hear whats going on around you at the same time I don't think it would be a problem.

yes they are forbidden but besides the facts, what is the reason? i can understand mp3 players, but walkie's dont always keep you busy.
