Pretty interesting that Ferrari estimated Rujano only needed 296 watts to keep his 50kg body alongside Simoni.

I guess all I have to do is lose another 15kg or so. Since that would make me negative 11% body fat I may have to have some bones removed. They are already borderline osteoporotic so further bone lightening isn't really feasible.
