What is everyone weighing in at?

A light bike doesn't replace good fitness.

Just starting base training (about a month later than I should have) and current weight is 68kg (179cm tall / 5ft10). Aiming for 64kg by mid May ahead of peak fitness in July for the Etape. I am finding using a calorie counting app again helpful, if only to highlight how bad some of the things I thought of as healthy are..

I'll have to check back in May to see if I manage it..

Was 72kg and 14% body fat two months when tested using the bodpod at local university, mid-way through my winter training. I definitely look/feel leaner now so I think I've put on some muscle mass.

I've definitely been fuelling better as well, tracking everything on myfitnesspal and getting my macros sorted. Have noticed a big improvement on the bike from doing so.

Lightest I've been is 86kg / 190lbs, but could probably get as low as 82kg / 180lbs if I really wanted to.

Here I was thinking sub 80kg was impossible... People here are my height and sub 70kg? wtf.
