What is everyone weighing in at?

A light bike doesn't replace good fitness.

You are genetically predisposed to have bigger calves it would seem. I would not worry too much about the looks of the package rather then the actual performance. Oh that sounded bad
I never took drugs to improve my performance at any time. I will be willing to stick my finger into a polygraph test if anyone with big media pull wants to take issue. If you buy a signed poster now it will not be tarnished later. --Graeme Obree

This a pic from last year. Taken after 5 hour ride/160 km ride and after a big portion of pasta bolognese, salad and about 1 liter of water. 68 kg. Next day after all the fueling, 71 kg :)

I thought I could get skinnier legs if dropping weight. But slowly I am realizing I am only getting skinny arms :?
I mean, my legs are skinny after a longer ride. But this is probably because of muscle contraction. Right?

A 3kg swing is a lot between days, thats more than 5% of your bodyweight... Just reading that short description would lead me to worry about dehydration which makes it hard to get into recovery mode after a ride. When you ride over three hour you get into thermoregulation problems and until you get cooled back down and hydrated your body can not recover nearly as fast.

I think I drink enough water. About 1 liter per 25 kg of body weight. I pee a lot!!!! :D

The swing in body weight was because of all the food taken in.

Weight range in the last 4 weeks has been from 120 to 130 lbs. I haven't paying attention to what I eat, I just eat/drink whatever I like, add that to spending too much time with the books and not enough riding.

During exams- 119 lbs right now. I'm hoping the scale is broken since 2 weeks ago I was 131 lbs, I weighed myself at the exact same time under the same conditions.

Always been pretty skinny even though I indulge my healthy appetite.
Do a 70mile ride every Sunday and do another 8miles each day as a commute, the above holds steady. Going to need to squeeze in some early morning swimming in an effort to increase the Sunday ride lengths.

6 Feet
140-145 lbs

140 is race weight, in the winter I gain more because I nordic ski and develop upper body muscles. I usually notice that I can do 5-10 pull-ups depending on the day in the winter, But I can barely manage 2 or 3 during the summer when I am at race weight. I generally blame it on my legs being strong and heavy.

I'll be 26 in September
5'11" and 156-159lbs depending on the time of day
Race weight would likely be around 140-150 though...probably close to 150 since there's not much climbing around here
I haven't gotten a chance to take road racing seriously yet but when I was running in my first year in college I weighed 145-150.

I'm the same way...I tried swimming this winter to build a base without being stuck on the trainer/treadmill and I was stronger than I've ever been in my life after a month of 45 min/session and 5 days a week. I quit swimming 2 months ago and I definitely can't do 5 pullups now but before I could do 10 before I started to struggle.

I'd recommend it as it helps cardio fitness tremendously...but the biggest downside is that your girlfriend/wife/etc will probably start complaining when your upper body shrinks back down afterwards.
