Not necessarily trying to lose weight, but starting winter training 20lbs lighter than last year so that's cool.

I thought I was doing ok at 83... Holy crap...

Starting the season this yr just about at the same weight as my lightest last year.
Still 6kg lighter than this time last yr too.

71.9KG at present
30yo, 177cm.

Would like to see 71, maybe 70, but I fear I may lose some of my power.

I gain 3kg every winter (from 66.5 to 69.5) and I drop them easily as soon as I start racing. My plan is to get to 65.5 - 66kg this season.

29 years old

180cm

67kg

In April 2013 pre-cycling I stopped going to the gym where I had bulked out, I was then about 72-73kg. Since then I have gradually lost weight, where in the race season last year I was 67-68kg. I gained a bit over Christmas up to 70kg, in the past 6 weeks I've made an effort to get that back down with longer rides.
After a long turbo session last week I did get to 66.9kg, the lowest I have ever recorded.

I am targeting hill climbs at the end of the year, where I'd like to get down to 66.

Have gained 7 lbs the last month while in training for upcoming Ironman in June. Slowly losing my 'weightweenies' body weight... Can't have everything, I suppose.
