Age 34 (35 in a month)
Height: 188cm (6'2")
weight: 73kg (161lb)
fat: guessing based on heavy training regimes in the past and where I am now, around 12-14%. Off the bike for the past 6 months. Starting training again in 3 weeks.

I know I'm not at my summer riding weight, so I'm staying away from the scale. I can pretty much feel, without stepping on it, if I'm where I need to be.

I played competitive sports from an early age through university, which included supervised weight training. Even after years of pretty avid road and cross cycling, I'm still not built like a cyclist. Not sure I ever will lose all my upper body mass, but that's okay. I still need to be able to lift tools, do yard work, and now...lift my newborn:)

I've officially hit middle age. My biggest problem is that I gain weight ONLY in my stomach/midsection. So, I might only be like 1-2k's from my ideal weight...but I still have that small damn gut. AND cycling bibs and race fit jerseys are very, very unflattering to a cheeseburger locker, even a small one. As an American I'm well in the "very good shape" area, but as a cyclist, I feel like a lard arse if I'm anywhere over my ideal weight. To make things worse, my main riding pal is a skinny minnie and makes me feel even fatter. Oh the horrors of being a road cyclist!
A good day becomes a better day with a bicycle ride.

Good on all of you losing weight as a result of participating in the awesome sport of cycling, especially those losing weight as you get OLDER. That's amazing. Yet another benefit of riding.

Age 43
Height 185
Weight 68-69 (summer), 70 (winter)

Have been as low as 64kgs but that was after a bout of dysentery, and felt like I didn't have enough power on the flats. Steep hills were great though!
