Selle Strike Pro Saddle- Which angle to start with?

I would like to know how other users of the Selle Strike Pro (or similar models in that line of saddles) have angled their seat. I'm switching from a Specialized Toupe to this seat due to numbness issues. I guess the center portion should be angled slightly "nose-down"??
