Which cycling training software program is recommended?

A light bike doesn't replace good fitness.

I'd like to start using a software training program that has fields that track mileage, sets heartrate or power zones, reports different metrics, hours ridden in a calendar format. Something that I can download data from my Garmin Edge 305 to. Are there any recommended ones out there on the internet that are free that are good? Or maybe some of them cost a one-time fee to use? Recommendations are appreciated.
Thanks

Easy, Sporttracks!

It's free, allows you to track almost anything you want about yourself, your equipment and your training.
I'm running an Edge 305 and it meshes perfectly and provides superb reporting.

Cycling Peaks!

The best software I've ever used. And I'm using an Edge 305 with it too..
