Id have perhaps the possibility to buy a 2nd generation Powertap wheel, with shimano hub, without unit.

I was wondering if that hub would work with a more recent one, like Pro or SL, as I donno if I can find first models, and plus Id have to change the freehub into Campy (but by looking at Cycleops site it seems they sell a cassette for it).

Does anyone can help me?
Thanks! :D

You are buying a Std model (same as the pro minus the yellow cover) The freehubs are not compatible with the newer ones. (Shame, since the newer ones are easier to convert to Campy).

I can't recall if Saris ever made a Campy compatible hub for the Pro. It would be worth an email to customer service to find out.

There are cassettes to do what you want.

Parts won't be much of a problem as they're just Shimano 105 freehubs. There are also instructions on line to make Dura Ace cones and hubs fit.

Thanks a lot for the answer, Mayhem. :D

So you mean a Pro unit would work with Std model?

The Pro and Standard (the hubs with a batter cover that bolts on, non-carbon hub) are the exact same thing beyond the hub cover.
