My mileage is actually down from the beginning of the year .. but I'm definitely stronger now then even last month (I think!). :D Post your max mileage for any week this year if you can remember.

My max was a little over 400kms this year. I usually do about 275 each week... Would like to ride more, but with a full time job this isn't easy... I do try to commute to work on my bike at least once a week.

Now it's around 300k/week. And I average 1000k/month over the year.
Not bad for a mountainbiker I guess
90% is on road though

Well posting the question made me curious too. My new bike is about 22 weeks old (I've looked it up) and has almost 9000 kilometers. Thats an avarage of about 400 kilometers a week. I must admit however this is the first year I started training this serious. I hope I can keep on training like this 'cause I've improved very much this year :D

Hard and correct training is the only way to good results :!:

A few years ago I clocked up nearly 41,000km, with my biggest week being 1092km (I was just too stuffed to go out and do the extra 8km!).

Now I'm only about 150km/week (but with the cold I have at the moment I'll be doing about 20km this week)

I don't ride a lot of miles (just a little over 100 KM a week usually) but I do work hard :D

And you do a lot of other training-sessions I think...

I saw your speedskating results:
500 40.71 HA
1000 1:20.55 HV
1500 2:02.68 HV
3000 4:24.90 HV
5000 7:52.25 HV

Well, it depends if riding as a pro counts as working in this reguard ;)

Although I do some training on road for off road events, it only accounts for 50% of my weekly distance. Currently at 150-200km/week, working up to 200-250km for an event in October.

At the height of the MTB Enduro season in the UK last summer I did 5 semi-competitive off-road events, averaging 75 miles each in a period of 3 weeks (with about 8000m of climbing). Not quite the same as the massive and impressive distances you road guys get up to, but it was was about as much as my body would manage at the time.
