did a hard ride today with decent amount of climbing. and legs are a bit sore. would it be a good idea to have a little spin this eve? or should i just wait till tomoz?

I know that if I don't ride one day, I'll have cramps the next, and if I don't ride the day after a hard ride, the day after that again will be pure hell, so I'd say go on the trainer.

For me I would go for a massage instead. I don't get cramps and I recover better. Now going for a spin is cheaper I agree. I would however still go for a massage. Hey, it worked for Lance :wink:

rollers would be better - spin the legs freely
