Great ride, I hope to do a low 55 this year (for 25 miles) and sub 22 mins for 10 miles (16.8km?), but im only 19 and this will be my first proper season really at road/TT riding as ive never really trained for the last 3 years and done 1:00.57 and 23.10 so I think I can do it.
Again great ride, a 53 is quick no matter how old you are!
