After a series of excessive efforts (long and hard races during last two weeks) , I feel very tired and I have a persistent pain to the legs, even riding at low intensity or making steps. So I stopped training for a week but the weakness is still evident. What can I do? Which integrator I can assume in order to fight the state of fatigue?
Thanks

The usual: Rest, sleep well, eat well, drink well and do not do a hard training session or race until you feel fit again.
