Hi, I would like to ask a question about a working type. What kind of training is better - the intensive one or exercises like for example the callanetics? Or maybe it's impossible to say which has more pros for the body? Thx for responses!
To want to, is to be able to.

Usually low intensity long duration excercises are less stressfull and have longer beneficts since you will keep your shape longer.

By the other hand, high intensity short time exercises will lead you to a peak faster but if you stop, they will leave you also fast.

As usual it depends on your goals!
